Mostly, yes! I create space for men to be real, talk openly, and work on what’s holding them back. If you’re not sure if you’re a fit, reach out, happy to chat.

What do you help with?

I help men dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and work burnout. If life feels heavy or stuck, we’ll work through it together.

How do I schedule a session?

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, for now all sessions are virtual. In the future, I plan to offer in-person options too.

Do you accept insurance?

I’m in-network with a few plans and can provide receipts for out-of-network reimbursement. We’ll go over your options before we start.
